This project aims at meeting the humanitarian and developmental needs in poor communities and to contribute to the advancement of communities economically, culturally, and socially.
Problem
The presence of thousands of families whose income has ceased due to the escalation of tension in the Gaza Strip, Jerusalem, and West Bank. The difficult financial conditions are suffered by needy families in the Gaza Strip, with a poverty rate of about 38.8% while families in West Bank have a poverty rate of about 25.8%.
Workers stopped working due to the indiscriminate war on civilians and the displacement of the population to schools and hospitals. Thus, many families have no income to secure their livelihood, especially for those who receive their daily wages.
The need for distributing food parcels today considering the severe economic deterioration in Palestine is more urgent than ever.
Goal
To ensure food security for the neediest Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip, Jerusalem, and West Bank.
